We invite Agri background dedicated Dealers with extensive local market knowledge who are willing to do join our hands in making organic farming a new tomorrow and are willing to do ground work for it with us.
To become a member of our distributor team all you need is to download and fill in the Distributors’ Appointment Form and send it along with the documents mentioned below, to the registered Office address of the company.
List of Documents required
- Duly filled Distributors’ Appointment Form.
- Legal Status of Firm: Proprietorship / Partnership / Pvt. Ltd. Company.
a) Provide affidavit, if the firm is Proprietary.
b) Partnership : Partnership deed (duly notarized copy)
c) Limited Company : Memorandum and Articles of Association.
d) Others : Authenticated copy of document
- Two latest passport size photographs (of Proprietor / Partner / Directors, 2 copies each)
- Pesticides selling License of respective state (photo copy)
- Photo identity (photo copy) – PAN Card and Aadhar Card (of Proprietor / Partner / Directors, 2 copies each)
- GST Registration number. (photo copy)
- Copy of Last 2 months’ Bank Statement. (photo copy)
- Copy of Valid selling license. (photo copy)
- 2 blank CTS cheques.
- 11,000/- Dealership Deposit by cheque in favour of Neem India Products Pvt. Ltd.
- 2 blank letterheads with stamp & signature of the firm.
